Monday through Thursday: $2,200
Friday & Sunday: $2,700
Saturday: $2,900

Requirements:
• All events require special event insurance.
• All events involving alcohol require TABC certified & insured bartender(s) from pre-approved list.
• All events require security officer booked through Pecan Creek's recommended vendor.
• 40% deposit is due at contract signing. The remaining amount of your balance must be paid in full sixty days prior to your event date.

Photographers
We welcome photo sessions to take place on the property utilizing our vintage ford and the surrounding hay fields.
We charge $50/hour on weekdays and $75/hour on weekends
