Requirements:

• Most events require special event insurance. 

• All events involving alcohol require TABC certified & insured bartender(s) from pre-approved list.

• Most events events require security officer booked through Pecan Creek's recommended vendor.

• 40% deposit is due at contract signing. The remaining amount of your balance must be paid in full sixty days prior to your event date.

Intimate Wedding Package:

For couples who want a simple, heartfelt celebration, this wedding package offers a beautiful option for smaller gatherings of 50 guests or fewer. Perfect for an intimate ceremony and short reception, this package includes everything you need for a meaningful day on a smaller scale.

Pricing:

Monday through Thursday: $800

Friday & Sunday: $950

Saturday: $1,100

Additional hours: $250/hr

What’s Included (4 Hours):

• Access to the barn and outdoor ceremony/reception spaces

• Tables & chairs (set up by our team before your arrival)

• Use of the getting-ready suites for changing, hair & makeup, or relaxing beforehand

• Venue manager on site throughout your rental

• Four-hour window that includes decorating, ceremony, reception, and pickup of your belongings

*This package is reserved exclusively for weddings of 50 guests or fewer. If your guest count exceeds 50, your event will transition to our Full-Day Wedding Package.
